amàco: Field Tests for Earth Construction

The purpose of the field tests is to examine and apprehend the earth material from our sensations. This video series is dedicated to raw earth architecture, aiming to provide an on-site understanding of earth properties. The content of the videos has been synthesized from surveys of existing practices with raw earth construction professionals, complemented by bibliographic research. Field tests presented are meant to interpret a soil in a sensory way, so they are not specific to a particular construction technique.
